This study aims to empower the underprivileged through a fundraising program and the provision of business capital in order to improve economic welfare in a sustainable manner. This activity was motivated by the need to develop the economic potential of marginalized communities, especially the family of Mr. Oom who works as a small trader. The program implementation method is carried out through three stages, namely: (a) the pre-activity stage which includes observation and identification of needs; (b) the implementation stage in the form of fundraising, provision of basic necessities and business capital; and (c) the monitoring and evaluation stage of the sustainability and impact of the program. The results of the activity indicate that the assistance of business capital and basic necessities provided has had a positive impact on increasing the productivity of the target family's business. Monitoring conducted after the program was implemented also showed significant developments in the economic aspects of the family. This activity proves that community-based economic empowerment with a collaborative approach can be an effective strategy in helping the underprivileged achieve independence.
